Changing a contract before it runs.
We have created a contract and the contract has not started. We are going to reuse Joes' Roofing and the author's example is below.
Traffic prints out the projection report and give to sales person.
- Go to the Dashboard and click the Reports module.
The Select Report popup menu will appear.
- Select the Revenue Projection (double click) or hit the Launch button.
The Revenue Projections field pop ups.
We need to filter out the other information and pull up Eddie Van Halen since he is the
salesman for Joe's Roofing.
Now we can see the Revenue Projection for Eddie and print a report for Eddie.
- Please go to the File Menu and select the Print Preview option.
This Print Preview will appear.
- To print this document select the little printer icon in the menu (hightlighted yellow).
This will print out the document and we hand it to sales.
Sales person comes back and states dollar amount was supposed to be 185 dollars and not 195 due to sloppy hand writing.
Traffic is going to have to go back in to the Contract module and revise the numbers till they equal the correct number of 185.
