Canceling contract before the start date

Contract is complete but customer calls you and wants to cancel the contract before the contract
start date.
(a). Cancel contract.
- Open the Contract module from the Dashboard.
- From the Customer field, select Joe's Roofing.
We are using contract number 4900.
- Select this contract and right click.
A Cancel box will pop up and at this time you can cancel the contract immediately or you can cancel the contract at a different date.
- Select the Cancel immediately option and click the OK button.
This will take us back to the contract screen and you will notice that the Status has changed to Canceled.
Done.
