Confirmation
A confirmation represents the printed or electronic document version of a
Contract at the time that the
Contract was approved.
If a
Contract is canceled, or individual spots are canceled due to being "missed" and not made good
MakeGood and the
Contract is re-printed; the confirmation will re-print as the originally approved
Contract.
A
Contract represents what was originally entered; the individual spots dictate whether or not they will be included on
Logs,
Invoices and, ultimately,
Billing.
