Software Installation

Click here to begin the installation process. Depending on your system configuration, you will see a File Download / Security Warning prompt that contains several buttons (Run, Save and Cancel). Click the "Run" button to begin the installation. Follow the on screen prompts to complete the installation.

If you already have the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 system components installed:

Please click the "Install" button when asked if you want to install the application from RadioTraffic.com.

After this step completes, you will see the RadioTraffic.com login prompt. Please use the provided user name and password to sign in.

If you do not already have the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 system components installed:

It may take a while to update your system and may require a reboot and you will need administrative rights in order to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 system components. The setup.exe version of the installation will automatically determine what components you need and download them directly from Microsoft. This does take a bit of time, so please plan accordingly.

If, however, you would like to pre-install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 system components in an effort to speed up our installation process, there are several ways you can do this:

• Depending on which version of Windows you are running, you might have the ability to install using Windows Update. If you would like to try this: open the start menu and search for Windows Update.
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)
  This is the simplest, most direct, way to install the required components.
• Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer)
  If you have several machines to update, you can download the complete component package and use it to install across the machines.
• Get the smallest .NET Framework download possible.
  A Microsoft employee has built an online tool that provides you with information regarding how to get "just what you need". Note that we require the Full installation, not the Client one.

Click the "Run" button when the "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" prompt is displayed.

The installation will then verify if you have the Microsoft .NET 4.0 system components installed. If it hasn't been installed on your PC, you will be prompted to install it. Please click the "Accept" button to accept and agree to the Microsoft Software user license agreement. The installation will now download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 system components and can take a while depending on your internet connection, computers processing, etc.

Once the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 system components have been installed, your PC may need to be restarted to complete the installation. If so, follow the on screen prompt asking you to restart by click the "Yes" button.

After the computer restarts, you will be asked if you want to run the setup.exe file, please click the "Run" button to continue installation.

Please click the "Install" button when asked if you want to install the application from RadioTraffic.com.

After this step completes, you will see the RadioTraffic.com login prompt. Please use the provided user name and password to sign in.
