Changing a contract before it runs.

We have created a contract and the contract has not started.

Sales person comes back and states dollar amount was supposed to be 16 dollars and not 15.

• Go to the Dashboard and select the Contracts Module.

• Select Joe's Roofing and look for the 195 dollars in the Revenue column.

• Select the highlighted item in the Item field.

• So select the contract and right click and select Revise.

The Contract Revise field will pop up.

• Double click the highlighted red item.

The Contract Line Item (SPOT) field will pop up.

• Change the rate from 15 to 16.

This will take us from the 195 to the correct price of 224 dollars.

• Click the OK button.

This will take you back to the Contract.

• Go to the File Menu and select Approve as seen below.

An approval pop menu will appear.

• Click Yes

Done.
