Here are the steps to create a new user.

You must be logged in as a super user.

  • From the Dashboard, select (double click) the Settings module icon the bottom right(high lighted in blue).






The Settings field will pop up.

  • Please select the Users icon that is high lighted in yellow.






The user field will pop up.




  • From the File Menu, please select the New option.




The New User field will pop up, notice that there are four exclamation icons. Where the icons are this is the minimal information fields and must be saved to continue.





We are going to add Eddie as an user and using ou812 as the password and filling out his first and last name of Eddie Van Halen in the required fields under the General tab.

  • Under the E-Mail tab, add an email if there is one to add.






  • Click on the tab to the right of email.

The Member of/Role tab is where you as an administrator chooses the role of the user.





The last tab to the right is the Commission/Goals.




  • Notice the yellow high lighted drop down bar under Default Commission Type.






  • Click the drop down menu if you want to use another user's commission rate.






The author is going to use None on the drop down menu.

  • Click OK and notice Eddie Van Halen is now the Users field and we are done.
