Efficio (Manual Method)

If running TrafficXP, go here.

In order to transfer data to Efficio, you will leverage several features in Premier to do so. This can essentially summed up as running three different reports and exporting them to Microsoft Excel formatted files.

These exported files will then need to be uploaded into Efficio using Efficio's website interface. Please contact them for further details regarding how to do this.

Edit

Every Day

There are a couple of reports that will be run more often (daily?) to keep Efficio up-to-date.

Edit

Aging

The "Aging" export needs to include (in the following order):

  • Station
  • Sales Person
  • Customer
  • Applied
  • Detail
  • Revenue Source
  • Revenue Type
  • Current
  • 31-60
  • 61-90
  • 91-120
  • 120+
  • Total

In addition to the above required columns, the report will typically be run for a period of "Today", possibly filtering out any "Trade".

The "Aging" export is based on the Accounts Receivable Aging report.

Edit

Forecast

The "Forecast" export needs to include (in the following order):

  • Station
  • Sales Person
  • Customer
  • Contract #
  • Revenue Source
  • Avail Type
  • Primary Conflict
  • Columns NE$ for the current month and out the next 2 (three months).
  • NE$ Total

In addition to the above required columns, the report will typically be run for a period of "Today", and possibly filtering out any "Trade".

The "Forecast" export is based on the Revenue Projection report.

CS One of our clients suggests to use the Avail Type column instead of the Revenue Source; to do so, include the column and then modify the resulting exported Excel spreadsheet accordingly.

CS It may be necessary to use the Goal report in order to get 12 months of data.

Edit

End Of Month

Efficio apparently will not allow you to transfer data related to billing until "the billing cycle date has passed" (ie. end of month). The export will then contain the information related to billing at this point...

Edit

Billing History

The "Billing History" export needs to include (in the following order):

  • Station
  • Sales Person
  • Customer
  • Agency
  • Contract #
  • Invoice #
  • Revenue Source
  • P.Conflict
  • Net
  • End Date

In addition to the above columns, the report will typically be run using a period of "Last Month" and possibly filtering out any "Trade". This report can only be done after the billing date has transpired (a requirement of Efficio).

The "Billing History" export is based on the Invoice report.
