Introduction

Enhanced Logs adds the follow abilities to the Log:

• Adds Summary Window under View in Main Menu.
• Adds more Printing abilities under the Options button.
• Adds Hour "Quick Jump" bar.
• Adds an Unapproved Contract warning.

Usage

Adds Summary Window

Because the Log is a sequential list that needs to be edited (and reviewed) based on the times; we provide the log summary as a means to see the information organize in any manner that you wish.

This window is launched by using the main menu of the Log (View->Log Summary).

• Main Menu

• File
  • Print - Prints the current view.
  • Print Preview - Print previews the current view.
  • Close - Closes the window.
• View

• Main Body

The main body of the window represents the actual log summary.

• Columns

• Customer - See Customer.
• Event Time - See Log.
• Rate - See Contract.
• Start Time - See Contract.
• End Time - See Contract.
• Contract - See Contract.
• Target Date - See Contract.

• Hot Keys

Regardless of type highlighted item.

• F1
  Launches the context-aware help.
• Esc or F6 - Closes the window.
• CTRL+O - Open
• CTRL+P - Print
• CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R - Rotation Lookup

When highlighted on a avail, automation command or log note.

• CTRL+G - Go to Hour
• Enter - Modify Log Item
• Ins or F4 - Write On (during reconciliation).
• Del - (Pre-Locked) Remove Log Item. - (Locked) Force Bump Spot.
• Home - Moves the highlight to the top of the log.
• End - Move the highlight to the bottom of the log.
• + - Expand avail.
• - - Collapse avail.

When highlighted on a spot.

• Enter - Open Spot.
• Ins or F4 - Write On (during reconciliation).
• Del - (Pre-Locked) Bump spot.
• CTRL+N - Filtered Log Summary.
• CTRL+G - Go to Hour
• CTRL+Up - Move spot up.
• CTRL+Dn - Move spot down.

When highlighted on a bumped spot.

• Enter - Open contract.
• Home - Moves the highlight to the top of the list.
• End - Move the highlight to the bottom of the list.

When highlighted on an invalid copy item.

• Enter - Open contract.
• Del - Bumps highlighted spot from the log.
• Home - Moves the highlight to the top of the list.
• End - Move the highlight to the bottom of the list.

When highlighted on a make good.

• Enter - Open contract.
• Home - Moves the highlight to the top of the list.
• End - Move the highlight to the bottom of the list.

Adds more Printing abilities under the Options button

More options printing:



Adds Hour "Quick Jump" bar

A quick jump to any hour for that day:





Adds an Unapproved Contract warning

Opens the Pending Contracts Item Summary window:



This pops up when you have contracts that still need to be approved on that days log.

Administrators will see a few options under the Group Tab:



You can checkmark these on/off to allow for that customization you want.

Enhanced Contracts

Added more Context Menu abilities to the Spot bar at the bottom of the Log:

• Under Bumps
  • Added Reschedule.
  • Added Trash.

• Under Invalid Copy
  • Added Remove.

• Under Make Goods
  • Added Reschedule.
  • Added Trash.

Enhanced Copy

You get the option "Copy Voice":



This gives you the ability to add voice to your copy, with the added dropdown in a Copy:



Log Templates

In Log templates you will now have a "Save To" feature:



You can save Templates to individual Stations if you wish.
