LogLog - Write On Spots
Spots can be manually added to a log after it has been locked.
You will first need to make sure there is a contract entered to include this spot
This spot will then become part of the make-goods list.
- If you have not reconciled that day's log, you can add that spot when you reconcile
by:
- a. begin reconcile
- b. Go to the notepad and pencil for write on spots,
- c. Enter the time it(the spots) ran
- If you have already reconciled and you did not add this spot, and they run the next day and are locked on the log
- Wait to reconcile the next days log
- Those spots that were reconciled will then create a gathering invoice
- Once there is a gathering invoice you can:
- go to the invoice and do a right click and add the spot(s) that was missed.
- go to the contract, view spot detail, do a right click on that spot and click force invoice.
