PoP Reports

The Reports section is where you will go to create Proof of Performance reports for your advertisers and agencies. In Reports, you have the ability to customize Proof of Performance reports, create and share report templates, as well as create customized and shared reporting schedules. On the Exchange PoP Services Setting screen, click on the Reports option to begin creating PoP reports.

The Client PoP Reports screen displays a list of all current PoP reports. You can sort the list by column headings.

Agency – Shows the agencies to which reports are being sent. If you see listed in this column it means the report is not associated with an agency.
Advertiser – Shows the advertiser to which reports are being sent.
Report Description – Displays the report description. The report names are internal and will not be included on the PoP report. The Report Description simply helps you identify the reports.
Report Template Name – You have the ability to create report templates. This is helpful when you have instances where you want to send advertisers and agencies the same information, for example, spot rates, contract numbers, dayparts, etc. Templates give you the ability to create a report that can be shared among multiple advertisers and/or agencies. Also, you have the option to create custom reports. Custom reports do not require a template name and will simply be identified as (Custom) in this column.
Schedule Description – You have the ability to create report schedules which will dictate when the report will be delivered to the advertiser or agency. Also, you have the ability to create schedules that can be shared, which will be compiled and delivered at the same time. In addition, you can create a custom schedule for those clients who want their reports delivered on specific days and/or times. Custom schedules do not require a schedule name and will simply be identified as (Custom) in the column.

1. Go to www.mymarketron.com and enter your login credentials.
2. Click on the Support menu, and select the Station Logos option.

Image

3. On the Station Logos screen, select your Company Name, choose to Update your Company Logo and/or Station Logos and browse to your logo files. You should have a market logo (representing your entire cluster or market), and (optionally) an individual logo for each station. Your logos should be in PNG format and have a size of 3 inches wide by 2 inches high. Your logo does not need the remittance address. The remittance address will print separately.

Image

NOTE - If your current logos do not fit these requirements you can edit them in Paint or your preferred graphics editor and save the logo file as a PNG file.

4. Click on the Submit button.

Your company/market logo will then be placed under the Company Logo heading and will propagate to all of your stations as a default. You then have the ability to update each station with a station logo if desired. If a station logo is not available the company/market logo will be used in its place.

With this MyMarketron feature, you have the ability to change your logos at any time. You can update or delete a station logo at which time the company/market logo will be used as a default.

Image
Since the company/market logo is used as the default in the absence of a station logo you cannot delete the company/market logo from the station. To remove a company/market logo it must be deleted under the Company logo in the top left of the page.

When your Proof of Performance reports are delivered they will be branded with your logo.
