Normally, when you revise a Contract RadioTraffic prompts you for an effective date for the revision and presents a new Contract for modification to replace the highlighted Contract from that date forward. When the Contract is scheduled to skip one or more weeks, RT will not automatically reschedule those line items. Instead, you must tell RT how you would like the skipped weeks to be scheduled again.
RadioTraffic displays this notification to remind you:
You can manually adjust the dates of all the line items within the contract. If you do not update the line items that skip weeks before saving the Contract, those spots will be automatically placed on the Make Good list for you to schedule manually in the log.
If any of the spots on the Make Good list successfully ran before the revision effective date, simply trash them.
