Introduction

Enhanced Copy adds the follow abilities to Copy:

• Adds A Copy Tab to the Dashboard.
• Adds A new Copy window with added abilities.
  • Adds the TFN checkbox with Copy.
  • Adds the ability to Print copy.

Usage

Adds A Copy Tab to the Dashboard

You can now access Copy straight from the Dashboard here:



Adds A new Copy window with added abilities

• View all of your copy by Customer.
• Print a list of all copy.

Main Menu

• File
  • New - Opens the new copy pane.
  • Open - Opens up the highlighted copy.
  • Print - Prints the current view.
  • Print Preview - Print previews the current view.
  • Close - Closes the window.
• View
  • Archived: Persistent toggle to show/hide Archived copy. See Archiver.
  • Refresh: Refreshes the content.

Columns

• Cart - Cart number.
• Name - Name of cart.
• Length - The length of cart.
• Start Date - Start date of copy.
• End Date - End date of copy.
• Station - Station the copy is under.
• Status - Status of copy. (OK or Archived)

Context Menu

This menu is access by using the mouse to right click anywhere in the copy pane. See Common UI Behavior.

• Open: Opens the highlighted copy.
• New: Creates a new copy.
• Archive: Archives the copy. (Will only see this if the customer can be archived)

• Un-Archive: Un-Archives the copy. (Will only see this if Archive under View in Main menu is checked)

Adds the TFN checkbox with Copy



Till Further Notice checkbox removes the End date window and places it "never-ending state".

Adds Print Copy

Adds the ability to print an individual copy:

When Combined With...

When you Enhance Copy and you add other Add-ons you can...

Enhanced Contracts

You can create new copy from within a contract:



You can create a new copy like this from a Pending, Approved, Running, P. Cancel or a Canceled Contract.

Enhanced Logs

You get the option "Copy Voice":



This gives you the ability to add voice to your copy, with the added dropdown in a Copy:
