Go to Admin/ pick Group/ on the first tab, is where you set up auto assign, Put in your numbers, then the empty box down below that , if you leave it empty it will never recycle your numbers back into your list, if you put a number in there is will wait that many days after the cart expires before it recycles back into the list. most common is setting between 15, 30 and up to 45

Automaticaly recycle numbers: how does our production team know which numbers they need to delete on their side?

They dont have to delete any numbers on their side, what the system will do is see the numbers you have already entered into the existing carts and it will ignore those, and move to the next in line. Open the order, go to View/ Placement summary then print that list for them. .
