If I reject a order, how does the sales rep know I rejected it? When I reject an order, if the sales rep goes back into the system and changes the order, how will I know if it has been modified, and will the system tell me there are pending orders before I open up my log?

If you reject an order is just means you have not approved it and it stays in a pending status. So it does not go back to the sales rep as rejected it just stays pending. You wouldn’t know it has been modified unless you printed the confirmation before than after.
