MyViews

  • Provides a means to group, sort and customize the look and feel of lists to fit the desire/needs of each individual user for just about every screen throughout our product. In order words, all of the layout options available in the reports area are extended to everywhere else in the product.

Sales Module

  • The sales module provide enhancements to the RadioTraffic product specifically designed for sales staff at the radio station. This currently includes the ability to view their customers (enhanced with SmartViews, if enabled), their associated orders, (currently) add orders, view a limited subset of accounts receivable (their accounts) and view/print/re-print invoices. Many other features are planned and will extend this module further.

Electronic Delivery of Invoices

  • Provides enhancements to the agency dialog to specify a unique identifier provided by an agency clearinghouse and mechanisms to create the necessary 4A's formatted files required by these service providers.

Multi-User

  • Turned off, allows mutliple users to be created; however, only one user can be in the system at a time.

Private Edition

  • The private edition is a optional program that we have in place that allows for select customers to participate in receiving the same updates that our customer service staff receive. These can occur up to several times per day and, in return for any perceived inconvenience that there may be for receiving these updates; they gain access to features that are ready to go well before the next public release of the product. This is an invitation/opt-in program and can be terminated at any time for any reason.

Azteca Format Import

  • Provides a one click mechanism to import the daily format directly from Azteca.

Open-Ended Orders

  • Effectively disables any ability to "close" orders. They are considered always open and can be added to at any time.

Split Statements

  • Modifies statement printing so that statements are separated by station.
