When you create a Contract, you will need to specify a revenue source; which is most often is used to designate a Contract as something like Local Direct, National Agency, etc.

This selection provides a means to filter certain types of sales into separate Reports. Most Reports allow you to choose which Revenue Sources to include when generating the report.

This window shows all revenue sources the system. It can be accessed through Settings.

Main Menu

  • File
    • New: Creates a new item.
    • Open: Opens the highlighted item.
    • Print: Prints the existing visible list.
    • Print Preview: Print previews the existing visible list.
    • Close: Closes the window.
  • View
    • Archive: Check-mark onn/off to see archived revenue sources.
    • Trash: Check-mark onn/off to see trashed revenue sources.
    • Reset: Reset the page to base settings.
    • Refresh: Refreshes the page.

Context Menu

  • Open: Opens the highlighted item.
  • New: Creates a new item.
  • Merge: Merges one revenue source into another and then deletes.
  • Archive: Archives the selected revenue source
  • Trash: Trashes the selected revenue source.

Merge will move all allocated areas assigned from the original revenue source to the merged one, you assign it to, and then delete the original revenue source selected.

Multi-Select allows you to Shift/Left click or ctrl/left click to gather a few revenue sources and right click to open the Context menu and apply to all highlighted. Edit

Hot Keys

  • F1: Launches the help system (requires correctly configured web browser).
  • F4 or Ins: Creates a new item.
  • F5: Refreshes the view from the database.
  • F6 or Esc: Closes the window.
  • Enter: Opens the highlighted item.
  • Home: Moves the highlight line to the top of the list.
  • End: Moves the highlight line to the bottom of the list.
