Introduction

Sales Add-on is for those Stations that want their Sales team in the RadioTraffic software AND would like to scale their abilities within the system. As well as add places for Goals for your Stations and Salespeople.

You are given the ability to add a Sales Manager level of access to one person.

You are given the ability to add Sales level of access to three + persons.

  • Adds Goals tab to Users for each Station.
  • Adds Goals tab for each Sales Person.
  • Adds Goal Report.
  • Adds Goal (Owner) Report.

Sales Manager's Can Optionally:
  • Manage copy.
  • Create new Copy.
  • Edit Existing Copy.
  • View Archived Copy.
  • Check/Uncheck Archive Copy.

Adds Goals tab to Users for each Station

Set up monthly goals for each station.



Adds Goals tab to Salesperson for Sales Person

Generate reports for the goals for each month as Station/salesperson or a combo of each.

Sales-Access to Contracts: This gives your Sales Team the Contracts Icon and access to the Contracts window. They have the abilities listed above that revolves around contacts. They can click on and view customers but cannot alter them.
  • Sales Manager has the ability to alter Customers through the Contracts window.



Sales-Accounts Receivable Icon: This gives your Sales Team the A/R Icon and access to A/R. They can view all customers invoices. They can view Customers through the A/R window. They can Print Invoices from the customers they oversee. They can Access the Payment Report through A/R.
  • Sales Manager can Print from all Customers.
  • Sales Manager has the ability to alter Customers through the A/R window.



Sales-BCC Invoice Emails

Sales-Copy Create: The Sales team can create a piece of copy. They can print copy.



Sales-Copy Manage The Sales Team can view any copy in your list. They can print copy.
  • Sales Manager can Edit Copy.



Sales-Customers Create (You must have "Sales-Access to Contracts" checked and "Sales-Customers Edit" checked). This allows the Sales team and Manager the ability to Edit and create Customers.



Sales-Customers Edit (You must have "Sales-Access to Contracts" checked). This allows the Sales team the ability to Edit a Customer though Contracts.
  • Sales Manager can already edit customers through contracts.



Sales-Reports Icon: This gives yours Sales Team the Reports Icon and access to reports. They can alter/adjust any report you have. They can print the reports they want/need.
