backEditOrders
This is where you place spot orders and non-spot revenue orders for all customers.
EditLayout
Across the top you have the main menu providing access to various tools that can be applied to one or more orders.
On the left hand side you have the customer list pane.
On the right hand side you have the order list pane. As part of the order list pane, there are a couple of quick action buttons that allow you to create a new
Order and close the orders window.
EditMain Menu
- File
- Close
This closes the orders window.
- View
- Pending Orders
Orders that have been placed within the system by salespeople or other station staff that have not yet been approved for airing. Traffic/Sales managers will want to check this option multiple times daily for turned in orders that need approval.
- Make Goods
This report provides a list of all commercials that have been bumped from your logs. In addition to customer, salesperson and run dates the report shows total revenue of the bumped spots and the total count of bumped spots.
From this list you have the option of trashing any spots you do not wish to make good. Check the box in the "dismiss" column next to the spots you wish to eliminate and then click the "trash" button that will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Note: This will remove ALL the make good spots. If you want to run some but not all of the spots in the list, do not use the trash option in this report.
- Tools
- Assign Orders

- Assign Customers
Allows you to make a mass transfer of accounts from one salesperson to another. This is very useful when a new salesperson joins your team and you wish to seed their account list or a salesperson leaves and you need to reassign their account list to other salespeople.
