The main dashboard provides an at a glance view of things that need to be done and serves as the nexus point for all activities that can be done providing currently defined roles/permissions.

      Provides a means to sign out of the client application; closing the dashboard and all other windows returning you to the initial authorization prompt.

Main Body

In the main body of the window will be zero or more "notices." These are tasks that should be completed and serve as a reminder (and jump point) to help you work more efficiently.

Modules

The system is divided into several task based areas called modules. Each module represents a different group of similar tasks that need to be performed throughout the traffic and billing process.

  • Copy (List)
    The one-stop location to manage all copy across the entire system.
  • Contracts
    Where you will view, add, modify, etc. the contracts that will be used to schedule spots onto the daily logs (or to generate invoices in the case of off air revenue).
  • Log
    Everything related to editing, exporting and reconciling the daily logs.
  • Billing
    This is the one-stop shopping that provides access to all the tools necessary to efficiently get billing completed.
  • Accounts Receivable
    Now that you have the contracts and logs done, this is the module used to bring everything together and generating invoices. Once you receive payment on these invoices, you will also use this module to handle payments and adjustments.
  • Reports
    Want to print some information out? The Reports module contains several "standard" reports that you can preview or print; in some cases actually export to several other viewable formats.
  • Settings
    Think of this as the "global settings".

Status Bar

The status bar is the section located at the bottom of the window that includes several pieces of information and status indicators for any background processes that may be taking place.

  • Group
    The current group selected.
  • User
    The username of the account currently signed in.
  • Progress
    Only visible when background processes are taking place. Represents the overall completion of the background processes running.
  • Version
    Displays the current version of the client software.
